We introduced an ERP system in 2008, backed by the ERP system, Our PMC department reviews our production load every week and monitors the tableware maufacturing production data every day. In case of any risks of order delay, the PMC department will take quick action to solve the problem and review how to avoid the same risks in the future.

Our quality inspection regulations
~Trial production inspection: The quantity of each batch of trial production is 100 pieces to ensure quality stability and consistency during the production process.
~Clay biscuit inspection: 100% inspection of the blank to ensure that its shape and size meet the design specifications and there are no defects.
~Glaze thickness inspection:The glaze thickness is randomly inspected around the clock to ensure that the glaze thickness meets the design requirements.
~Finished product inspection: 100% inspection of the product's appearance, size, function and overall quality to ensure that the product is in perfect condition before delivery.
